Payment
We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.
Your credit card or chosen payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed.
Shipping
All Outisan products (except orders from Kickstarter) are currently only available within the continental US (excluding AK, HI, PR, and all overseas territories).
The exact shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page. We provide free shipping for orders over $99, excluding sales tax. Deposit orders or orders for virtual products have no shipping charges.
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship out your order from the US warehouse within 3 business days.
Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please patiently wait another 2-3 days for delivery. If the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us via support@outisan.com.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused to you. In this case, we recommend you to contact the shipping carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere nearby.
At the same time, please contact us at support@outisan.com. We will double-check with our warehouse and shipping carrier, as well as mark this order with missing status.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
To start a return, please contact us at support@outisan.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a standard form and kindly ask you to follow the instructions.
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, you are eligible for a full reimbursement or one-time free exchange with an applicable transaction fee and shipping cost, if the product is damaged in any way. Please also note that the delivery address forexchanges cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
For return, products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes provided by Outisan. Products returned solely in empty packages, missing pieces, or improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
We accept returns of products shipped within the United States only and we do not accept returns for items shipped from other international addresses. Unfortunately, please be aware that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Within 365 calendar days of receiving the product, you will be qualified for a one-year warranty. We will send you replacement parts, provide one-to-one online repair guidance and try our best to fix the problem.
However, this warranty does not apply to:
- Non-quality related issues;
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
- Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
- Items that have been refunded;
- Items that have expired their warranty period;
- Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operations that are not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
The shipping address for return or exchange will be provided upon request.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Within 2 business days, we will inspect the product and let you know if the refund was approved or not depending on the product condition. If approved, we will send out a confirmation email and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. On the other hand, if the product is not in good condition for resale, we will contact you personally and deal with it case by case.
Taxes
Our prices on outisan.com are all Tax Exclusive. We'll charge the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities. We then pay this fully over to the local tax authorities.
